Refund policy

At Duck & Compass, we want you to love your map. Every physical print comes with a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.

60-Day Returns on Physical Prints

You may return any physical print within 60 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at DuckandCompass@gmail.com with your order number.

For returns due to change of mind or ordering the wrong size or color, the print must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and your refund will be issued once we receive the item. We recommend double-checking the city, style, and size on the product page before ordering - our size guide is available on every product page.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at DuckandCompass@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund - your choice. No return shipping required.

Digital Downloads

Because digital map files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital download purchases are final sale. If there's a problem with your file - wrong city, wrong style, or a technical issue - contact us and we'll correct it or provide the right file at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads (see above - we'll always fix file issues).
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, contact us at DuckandCompass@gmail.com.

European Union & United Kingdom Customers

If your order ships to the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, allowing you to cancel for any reason. This right exists in addition to - not instead of - our 60-day return window, which already covers you for longer. Statutory withdrawal rights do not apply to digital downloads once the download has begun with your consent, in accordance with EU and UK consumer law.
